Plus39 Cafe is honestly such a great find. The vibe inside is super cozy and chill — perfect if you want to hang out with friends or just enjoy some alone time with a coffee and a book. The staff are really friendly too, like genuinely nice, not just “doing their job” nice. They make you feel welcome the second you walk in. Now, the cakes and pastries? Unreal. There’s a ton to choose from and everything looks (and tastes) amazing. Good luck picking just one because it’s pretty much impossible. Also, you literally can’t miss the place — it’s in a perfect spot and easy to find, which just gives you another excuse to swing by whenever you’re nearby. Definitely a place you’ll want to keep coming back to.
We stopped in for the first time having heard really great reviews about this place. We took away some lunch and although I ordered the wrong thing (thought i ordered the bruschetta with tomatoes AND mozzarella on it instead of just tomatoes) it was a flavour explosion. Simple ingredients done exceptionally well. Will be back for brunch again for sure!
Cute little cafe / restaurant. Was recommended to visit here from a friend and was really impressed by the food. Family run cafe and pizzeria, you’re welcomed as soon as you walk in. Plenty of options for drinks, with a wide selection of local beers. Can’t fault anything about Plus39 and if I’m ever around this area again, would soon come back.
*2nd visit* Very popular spot for good reason! We were lucky to get a table for two on a rainy Wednesday lunch time. Friendly service and once again, lovely food! Really great food! Visited bank holiday Saturday as a family of 4 for lunch. Pleasant atmosphere, friendly staff and excellent service.

We loved this place! Genuinely couldn't have asked for better. Staff were super accommodating, we had three dogs between us and three humans, two of which required vegan and gluten free. One of the ladies even came and said how lovely and well behaved the dogs were which meant the world to us. Best food I've ever had in Wales, not expensive either, cannot wait to go back! Thank you!
The food here is always excellent and authentic. You can't get a better coffee anywhere else. The savoury menu is not extensive, but what they do, they do incredably well, and all of the cakes are divine. Trust me, I've tried them all!
I actually can’t believe how amazing the pizza and cake was from here. So lucky to live so close to such an amazing pizza place. And the cakes for pudding were actually almost too good as i could have eaten several more slices. I did take out for the first time but cant wait to eat in and try more of the menu! 10/10!
